The organizer, Richworks Academy Sdn Bhd is formerly known as Richworks International Sdn Bhd (“Organizer” or “RichWorks Academy”), hereby acknowledges that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions as stated below:

1. All learning materials and application methods on this platform are the intellectual property of the Organizer and their use is subject to intellectual property laws, specifically the Copyright Act 1987 and the Trademarks Act 2019. Any reproduction, publication, or redistribution of these materials and methods is strictly prohibited. Audio, visual, camera recordings, or anything similar are NOT allowed, and the Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action, including legal action.

2. The Organizer STRICTLY PROHIBITS any party from conducting similar training or using the name and methods without written permission from the Organizer, who is the legal owner of the intellectual property related to this program.

3. The Organizer STRICTLY PROHIBITS any activities such as collecting participant data/details, selling items, or conducting any activity that has not received written approval from the Organizer.

4. You must comply with the rules set throughout your participation.

5. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel your participation immediately if you breach any of the terms stated, and program fees will not be refunded.

6. Only participants aged 18 and above are allowed to register and/or participate in this program.

7. The Organizer will ensure participants’ personal information is handled according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will not disclose it to any unrelated parties for any purpose.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to postpone any date, cancel, or change the delivery method without prior notice.

PAYMENT

9. You may choose to pay in full or by installment. For those choosing installments, the first payment must be made upon registration, and the monthly installments will start the following month.

10. All monthly installment payments will be deducted automatically each month. Participants can only access the platform and its modules if their monthly payments are active and not overdue. Failure to make payment will result in suspended access until overdue payments are settled.

REFUNDS

11. All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to any other programs organized by the Organizer.

ACCESS LINK

12. You will receive a password to access the platform only after the registration process is complete. It is your responsibility not to share or sell the password or access link to others.

13. For full-payment participants, the platform access password will be valid for 1 year. For installment-payment participants, access is dependent on monthly installment payments.

14. It is also your responsibility to fully utilize the modules shared on the platform. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any situation. No replacement, repeat, or postponement is allowed after successful registration.

15. You must ensure that all necessary equipment for the program, including internet connection, is in good condition.
